Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy is published by SK102 LLC, operator of Bottled Hope, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws, such as Nevada's.
Consumer health data we collect, and why
We do not ask for consumer health data, and no page on this site accepts it.
The only way we may receive it is if you choose to include information about your own health in an email to us, for example a condition you have or a medication you take. We use that information only to read and reply to your message and, if your message reports an error, to correct the site.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, when you email us.
Consumer health data we share
We do not share consumer health data with any third party or affiliate, and we do not sell it. Email you send us is stored by our email service provider, which processes it only on our behalf.
Your rights, and how to use them
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and to see that data;
- receive a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or sold it (we have none);
- have your consumer health data deleted; and
- withdraw any consent you have given for us to collect or share it.
To make a request, email info@bottledhope.co with the subject line "Consumer health data request". We will respond within 45 days.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Appeal". We will respond to your appeal within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General to submit a complaint.
