We publish our method openly because we expect to be checked. If something here is wrong, we want to fix it.

What to report

Please tell us if you find any of the following:

• A rating that does not match what the cited sources conclude
• A citation that is wrong, broken, or does not say what we claim it says
• Missing safety information, such as a documented interaction we do not mention
• A page that has not been updated to reflect a newer systematic review
• Anything that reads as personal medical advice rather than a summary of published evidence

How to report it

Email info@bottledhope.co with the page address and, where possible, the source you believe we have got wrong or overlooked. A link to a systematic review or health authority page helps us act faster.

Please do not include details about your own health, conditions, or medications. We do not need them to correct the site. The privacy policy explains how we handle email.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge every report within 7 days.

• Factual errors in a citation or rating are corrected as a priority. When a correction changes a rating, the change is recorded in that page's history, with the date and the reason.
• Safety omissions are treated as urgent and handled before anything else.
• Disagreements about interpretation may not result in a change. When reviews genuinely conflict, our method is to use the lower rating and describe the disagreement rather than pick a side.

Every supplement page shows when it was last reviewed. Once a page has changed, it also shows a "Page history" section, so you can see what changed and when.

What we cannot do

We cannot answer questions about your personal health, your medications, or what you should take. We are not qualified to, and doing so would be exactly the kind of judgment this site exists to avoid. Please speak with your physician or pharmacist.
